i don't really eat the stuff but my partner likes it so i bought some today. he was saying that you can put it in salads but what else can you use it for? i tried some today---didn't like it at all :-( i usually go for extremely mild flavours. if i put it on top of pasta dishes will it over...

i'm cooking pasta with prawns, will add a creamy tomato sauce on top. just wondering if it would be strange if i added mushrooms too? also would goats cheese spoil it if i put a little on the top? what kind of side dish will go with this? thanks
