    I have a couple of bizarre problems that I've encountered with activating phones. Please post any others or comment on these if this has happened to you. Situation 1: I did an ESN change on a Kyocera K323 cricket branded phone. Then the phone cannot make any outgoing calls. Not *228, not 611...
