    I have a couple of bizarre problems that I've encountered with activating phones. Please post any others or comment on these if this has happened to you. Situation 1: I did an ESN change on a Kyocera K323 cricket branded phone. Then the phone cannot make any outgoing calls. Not *228, not 611...

    Just for reference the Version I am using is: Samsung PST Version 1.0.002 Samsung PST Lite same Version. With Windows XP Service pack 1 or 2, not sure.
