    12" kicker cvr: 2 ohm or 4 ohm?

    i am going to buy a 12" kicker comp vr, but im not sure if i should get the 2 ohm or 4 ohm. i know that the 2 ohm will get more power, but i've also heard people say that i should get the 4 ohm because the sub has a dual voice coil. please comment or make a suggestion.

    12" kicker cvr, or 12" mtx jackhammer jh55?

    im going to buy a new sub and im trying to decide between a 12" kicker cvr or a 12" jackhammer jh55. the sub will be powered by a Rockford Fosgate PRIME R500-1 amp. And, if i get the kicker should it be the 4 ohm or the 2 ohm?
