I'd go for HD2 as well... winmo is not bad at all and is arguably better than Droid. And the HD2 is far faster with its 1ghz processor/almost 512 MB of ram than the Milestone.

1500MAh battery. I think we'll be just fine. I run Nokia Messaging, SlickIM, Worldmate and Mobbler all day on my E71 and I can go 2 days without a charge if I don't spend the whole day at work listening to podcasts.

Look at the critic that gave TDK a bad review. This is BEFORE anyone even seen the movie . The critic even had death threats.
You and the people like you are starting to paint a very clear picture as to how the N97 will be a success. It seems that Nokia really let down the long-time fans, whereas the device appears to be a huge achievement to those who haven't used anything running S60 before.
