I'm trying to apply the blur filter to a movie clip in Flash CS4, but their is no option for it beneath the filter list.

My flash disk is 2 Giga bytes in size. I connected it to my laptop and when I tried accessing it a message popped up saying my disk needs to be formatted. I felt as if I was in the verge of yelling. I don't want to format the flash disk because it contains very important information i don't want...
