    UK-based questioner. I would like to buy a mountain bike after mine was nicked. I have

    UK police. In domestic violence situations must a domestic violence risk assessment be..

    ...carried out with....? ....both parties? What if no violence has taken place. E.g. when one partner has called the police to cause trouble for the other? What should the police do if no violence has taken place and none is baing complained of?
