PPI (private party impound) friends car got towed 30 mins ago for parking at my apartment and its already $360 was wondering if there is any impound loop holes to get out of paying that much, it seems way too excessive. -

Why does my 1990 Honda Accord make a grinding sound when i use the brakes?
you have used up all of your brake pads and have the backing plates on the rotors... metal to metal. chances are you went from a $200 brake job to a $400 because you will need to buy rotors. I may be wrong if it doesn't happen at all at high speeds
