Why were you feeling your cervix, are you actively trying to get pregnant? You definitely should get a pap before trying to conceive, just to be safe. It isn't that bad, just not pleasant to have someone up in your space. Go to the doctor!

Maybe you mean your cycle is irregular? But if so then you wouldn't normally get it around the last or first week of the month. So obviously your period is expected during that time frame. So, take a test after the first week of the month and go from there. Do you usually get it before the 5th...
blood tests are more accurate, however, when I took my first one at a walk-in clinic they said it wasn't elevated enough to say I am pregnant. I had my doctor do one the next day and she said, "Yep, you're pregnant!" Well, obviously she was right, I am 36 1/2 weeks!
Some women have NO symptoms through the entire pregnancy. With pregnancy almost anything is normal depending on the person. Make a doctor's appointment for prenatal care!
