the cables the amp and the pedal are new and in good shape..whenever i play something the buzzing sound comes from the amp and ruins the sound..it only buzzes as i turn the pedal on

when i turn on the distortion it gives off this buzzing sound and it ruins the sound of the song i play

if you disconnect that wire harness the iac will be still open becuase it is stuck. get a new one and try that, also check for breaks in the wires. that would lead to the isc not geting a signal to close
