Slacks or good jeans, and a dark-colored top (in case you spill something goopy on yourself). They give you a superabundance of food, including endless bread sticks and salad (very good), so don't order a whole lot more. You might even want to share an entree, or take some food home with you.

How about a casserole based on pasta or spaghetti and tomato sauce, with parmesan and mozzarella cheese melting on top? You could add chopped black olives to the sauce. A hearty tossed salad with Italian dressing, and the trifle, will round out the menu nicely.
