i don't think so because my neighbor had 2 goldfish outside and a cat got them one was never seen again and the other got its tail completely tore of and it never grew back then a lot of months later it died. But im not sure about cichilds if that's the case im sorry.

i have a darkish blue, a regular green, and a red or burgundy color and the colors are all sparkly. my fish love it especially my algae eater. P.S. my fish are neon tetras, guppies, and angel fish.
