for some reason its not getting spark to the spark plug how would i fix/re-wire the ignition coil?

i just rebuilt the fuel preasure regulator and put on a new filter, that helped, but when you try to give it any gas it like boggs down and doesnt seem to be getting any, i was wondering if it could be the fuel pump or a sencor, i have never worked on a tbi just carb trucks so im lost right now...
