What happens is the entire keyboard moves up and down at the top part where it meets the lcd screen. Just 1mm or so but all the keys move together. Should I return it? And I just gotta get used to a full keyboard. T9 is much faster and easier one handed but this has its advantages too.

Hey, Jontymisra... I'd really love to see some comparison shots with the E71, the BB 8820 & 8320 that you own. :) I'm trying to talk myself out of waiting for the Bold next month...and I have money burning a hole in my pocket!! Never a good thing.

My delivery estimate is Jun 18. I checked Amazon regarding the updated expected stock date and my order is the same expected delivery. It looks like they just ran out of the first batch.

I surfed around some and found a lot of people complaining about upgrading the internet radio software and then having it fail. Seems like this problem has been around for a while and not addressed. Someone did start a thread on it for the N86 in the Nokia disucssions. But it only has two posts...
