if you have jailbroken your phone and actually use a lot of cydia apps then dont do it. you should at least wait until the untethered jailbreak so you dont gotta worry about your phone dying and then not being able to do anything with it

We had something similar to option 2 done about 5 years ago, 4 bed house, 1 bathroom. It think it cost just over 5K which included a Worcester Bosch system boiler and 170l Megaflow unvented hot water tank, plus some new radiators here and there. I have been very pleased with the whole lot.
