i am doing a speech to a group of teenage girls about kindness. what example can i use that will relate to them? example could be from another teenage, if so, state your age.

I am doing a speech on random act of kindness (or just acts of kindness). What can i say? where can i find information on this? is there proven research to prove that it is good for well being? please help. thank you. (:
