    the person above is exactly right it. it all depends on where you are stationed. and if you start on heavy or light it does not mean you will always be that way.

    What army FM expalins how to conduct PT?

    What army FM explains how to conduct PT, step by step? FM 21-20 does not break down how to do PT only what to do during PT. I am having a debate with another soldier about formalities during PT. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
