    I am editing my wedding pictures myself using iPhoto and I could also use photoshop?

    There are some pictures though that would look AMAZING in black&white but I really wanted to make the bouquet color, which is red. What tool can I use to make this possible? Everything black&white but leave the bouquet with the original color, red. Help?
