i've asked the customer support but they were a bit unclear, i wanted to know if anyone here knew how to do it. the phone beeps really loudly and says "mobile email requests to start" or something like that, even when it's on silent. how do i get rid of this?

Already been suggested by a few others but I can recommend Anne Rice. Ever seen the film 'Queen of the Damned'? That's based on one of her novels I think, or at least on the 'Interview with a Vampire' series.
