So I have a 2002 Honda civic. only one of the lock goes up and down, but the other one won't even budge. I have to pull the handle to make it go down. Even with my alarm only one works. Does anyone know what could be the reason? Nd how to fix it

So before my problem started I could lock and unlock my doors when the car was off but now it won't move unless it's on and they won't unlock when using my keyless entry. Can anyone help? I think it's a fuse but I'm lost.
