Sorry sport but you are going to be driving it with dents unless you have thousands of dollars to pay the body man, there is no way to make dents like that disappear short of panel replacement or the attentions of a skilled body man and most likely a combination of the two!
The good news is...
You bought an 09 and had aftermarket power windows and locks installed??? WHAT WERE YOU THINKING???? If you were talked into this by the "dealer" then you need a very expensive and well trained lawyer to have any hope of coming out on top.... because someone took you for the proverbial "ride"...
The vacuum lines run from the intake manifold to a number of devices under the hood and dash including the PCV valve, Power brake booster, Heater / Air conditioner controls, and a number of emission controls. Any of these may be responsible or an intake leak.
The only cost effective way to do this is to get a donor vehicle and do all the parts swapping yourself - the problem with that concept is finding a totaled donor truck where the a/c components have not been destroyed.... Once you get the parts installed - and that will be many many hours of...
The steering gearbox on that van is adjustable but the procedure is very touchy to put it mildly ... The gearbox adjustments require the use of very delicate measuring tools and should only be attempted by trained technicians.
