I upgraded it to 4.2.1 but then I deleted everything off it to try and jail break it but everytime I connect it to iTunes I automatically upgrades again not giving me a chance to jailbreak I need advice

Does anyone know a new jailbreak for 4.2.1 I here green poison is making one and all these other rumors if so when is it coming out?

If so where are they? If not...can I install the carseat without the anchor or do I need to get a retrofit kit or something along that line?
