    What are some parallels between Japanese culture and American culture?

    In alphabetical order: Baseball; Basketball -- but the Chinese are much more into the hoops than they are; Cell phones; Cuisine; Electronics; Erotica -- to be confused with pornography; Der counterpart of erotica, that starts with a "p." That covers enough bases, I guess.

    If you believe in war, instead of peace, then yes. Not if you're one who prays for peace. Then, it's a very discomforting photo.
