i have a 92 cadillac deville with a 4.9 and i would like to know what can i do to get more gas millage and or more power. it has 93000 miles and gets 16mpg

I got a 96 chevy cavalier. other then changing all the fluids and spark plugs. what are some cheap things i can do the engine to get more power out of it.

Im in the army reserve and I want to go active in the army full time. I want out of the reserves. I have a kid on the way and need the money and I really want to go active now. Can I do it now or do I haft to wait till my contract is done
