I'm a female, 5'2" and 105 lbs.. almost no muscle though, I want to have a flat stomach, toned arms, and toned legs. I bought a gym membership today, how often should I go to the gym and what exercises should I do?
Also, how many calories should I eat?
Today was the last day of middle school. He stuck a note with this poem in my locker at the very end of the day.
