I have a 2nd gen. IPod touch 3.1.3 and it's jailbroken. Can I get the latest flash player? I have cydia and rock and all that good stuff please help me.

I have an LG neon and I am using the message alert tones that come with the phone. I can download music from my computer to my phone, is there a way to make that music the text message alert tone? I've tried and I couldn't figure it out? Please help me!
