Financial Aid needs to know your parents income, ssn etc to determine if you are eligible to financial aid. I'm not sure why they would ask you for $59. I would go to the school with this letter and find out what it's about before you throw your money away.

All religious denominations are pathetic. They refuse to accept any truth because it doesn't go with "gods" plan. They are too ignorant to think for themselves and when something occurs that they don't like or agree with, they ignore it.
