That would be true if they aired the east coast feed of CN there. Most western states (including Alaska and Hawaii) air CN West by default.

The opening and closing themes for the Japanese version of "Pok?mon" are among some of my favorite songs ever in the annals of animation history. It could just be that for years, I was exposed to the god-awful original music of 4Kids, so anything that isn't "2 B A Master"-quality is welcomed...
