ok if its idleing high i would say check you mass air flow sensers and if its not that then i would say your cluch is not ingaging all the way

There is a vacuum line that runs from the block to the low end of the carburetor. Right now both lines are blocked. It looks like the line on the carburetor is plugged with JB Weld or something so I need to know if it's worth removing the carburetor to drill out this vacuum line.
