check to see if the linkage for that handle is bad or broke..most times its the clip that holds linkage intact

it sounds like you have a miss if you changed plugs and your hc is up.. make sure that the wires are installed in the correct firing order...its hard to diag a car when its not in front of you so thats just something to check..also when was the last time you changed your oil...

on the oil pan on the drivers side near the bottom

for the abs and brake light make sure the master cylinder is full and check the sensor in master for good connection...air bag light you will need to have it scanned to see what it is..could be a clockspring problem but dont know unless i seen it.

i never heard of that law where i live and as long as the vin matches the car who cares what you want to do with it...

in my experience, the lien holder is on the title or whatever paperwork you have for registation,, which will be added to your new title unless you have documentation saying you have paid the note off,, you might want to let citifin know that you are moving in case you miss a couple of payments...
