It looks like i can upgrade my oporating system for 30 dollars to snowleapord. if i do that, will my programs be erased? like i have finalcut pro studio and the adobe suit and i dont want to reinstall it. is it as simple as plugging in the cd and installing it? i am currently running version 10.5.8

im thinking about getting a synthasizer machine, and was wondering, do i need to get a midi cable and software to use it? or can i just play around with it until i can save up for like an FL studio or something, because their pretty expensive.

im going to fca camp and need to deciede wrether i want to do speed and strength conditioning or track, i already know what track is like already but what am i going to do spacificly at a speed and strength conditioning thing
