Particularly Le Cordon Bleu? If so, where are you working now?

I have a Speedstream 5360. I haven't been able to use the internet, and I assume this is why. What is wrong and how do I fix it? I've tried restarting and re-setting and all that. Speedstreams don't have a IP address, they have something called MAC. So how do I get the computer to recognize it?
