i know myxer is a good site for free ringtones, but when ever i send them to my phone it says i must download it from the browser on my phone. i have tmobil, but i dont have browser on it. why is it like that on my phone but not my friends? is there a way to change that?

Wheres a safe place to get free ringtones on my phone. no cost please? also that it doesnt make me have to download it from my phone browser. (: your answers will be very appreciated (:
