Yeah, that's what I'm hearing. The only thing I remember from past experiences is that it would have to be a firmware discrepancy, like the dozens of Python apps that didn't work on the NAM N95's until they also received their updates.

They're the same price on the sites that are taking pre-orders for both. Mobile City Online is the only place I've found that's charging more for the N97 but that's only for the NAM version (the Euro version is $799.99 while the NAM is $899.99. The OmniaHD is listed at $799.99 as well.)
