People say that the T1 r better than the P3 but the T1 are only 1 db more than.the P3 so they ct be that much louder

okay best buy has kicker CVR in kicker box for 407.00 ( in the discription the subwoofer says their only 800max so that means its 800max for both subs or 800m for one sub? ) and if there only 800W max to bth subs then will the CVR be loud like old CVR are? powered by the right amp and box?
