    You need proof of funds first, before you do any bidding. A hard money lender is going to demand very high interest and some solid collateral.

    You can complain to the city if they are using public property. However, if they are using private property that they own you have no say in this matter at all. You cannot legally stop someone from using their property.

    I want to go out there and make friends, but I"ve been a little aloof and whatnot. Should I just the same go hang out with people and bore them, or should I just stay in my room and sleep? I've been trying to be alive in conversations but things have changed and are difficult for me right now.

    My boyfriend needs an appartment but he's in jail what should he do?

    They will let him out when his sentence has completed. He does not need to have a place to go, but his parents are his best bet. He won't find anything until after he has a job and can actually pay rent.
