I hate the new facebook profile, it automatically upgraded me and I HATE IT! How do I stop the most recent photos being displayed up the top. I dont want any photos to be displayed up there.

I was doing some sprints and the next day, the top of my right foot hurt like hell. It feels like the bone or something. I can walk and run still, it just hurts when I move my toes or apply pressure to it. How might I have injured it by just sprinting and how can it be healed quickly? Thank you!

I started a sprint-work out routine. 6-8 100 meter sprints. I would go 100% full power the first couple of sprints, but I would get too tired to keep it up at 100%, so I would go down to maybe 60%. Anyway, will my 8 minute mile pace decrease to maybe 7:30 by doing sprints during the week? Thanks!
