    Telstra Hiptop Phone HELP?

    Have just gotten a hiptop that requires a special code when i put my sim card in ..... is there a universal code or does anyone know how to unlock them?? The sim im putting in isnt relstra but it says it will work if i have the code??? Anyone know anything about this?
