I want to put ringtones onto my Motorola evoke, but when I insert my memory card it only gives me music, not my ringtones. How do I do this?

Now some phones are able to give off a Wi-fi signal. I know that Verizon has numerous phones that are able to do that, but does anybody know if Alltel has the same possibilities? Thanks.
