    It doesn't take long to cook shrimp and prawns. Not at all. I think you should brown them with a little oil in a pan before you add the sauce. Then add the sauce and let them simmer for a few minutes. Cut one open and try it if you need to before you take them out.

    There is no point in it. You should eat 1 cup of grapes and use up the rest of your calories on different fruits, veggies, lean meats, whole grains, low-fat dairy and healthy oils. It's best to get variety.

    I've always loved veggies. I think parents that feed their kids veggies from the time they can actually eat solid food, help with that. My mom has always loved them and has always fed them to my sisters and I. We all love them to. I assume that is why.
