I've had this before, but its been awhile. Severe pain in lower stomach, with nausea. I feel like i need to go to the bathroom, but cant. The pain is sharp! And im very nauseous. Im also on my period. But i dont know if that has anything to do with it. Whats wrong / What can help? Thank you!
