    I am looking at buying a gsxr 600 is it a good bike?

    the GSXR 600 are great bikes and suzuki's are reliable as far as parts and motors are concerned! yes that's a good price, but i would not offer that much maybe 1100$ or 1200$ because high miles and some damage! remember always wear a helmet and protect your head! hands also its the first thing...

    Starting out on dirt bikes.?

    if your just learning to ride? a 250cc has a bunch of power they are wheelie machines.something smaller to start out with would be better,so you can really get the feel for the bike and learn what the horse power can do! 80 cc 100 cc would be more than enough for 13 yr old to learn and start out...
