Actually i rather think you're interfering with their liberty by expecting them to do what you tell them to. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, and this rule is critical to the western justice system.

Some people are just judgmental regardless of religion, race, etc. These people are called bigots and they come in all shapes and sizes, which is quite ironic imo.
