Does it show under Computer Management as a Susteen Cable Device? I think it has to show as a SAMSUNG Mobile Modem Diagnostic Serial Port for it to read in Samsung PST... if you have the Susteen Driver installed uninstall it so that it may be read as such. That's what I did and it worked out...

I cant seem to connect with bitpim. I did some research and found out I should manually configure it to "Other CDMA" phones since it does not auto detect the L7c - but when I attempt to view the directories, it just attempts to connect forever but does nothing. any ideas?
