I'm looking to put front and rear sway bars on my 2002 Honda Civic LX... Every website has fine print that says you can only install a rear sway bar if the car has a stock one. Did Honda install sway bars on their 2002 LX models?

I am considering replacing the stock shocks/struts on my 2002 Honda Civic LX. I have been eying the TOKICO HP Series... just not sure if I have to replace the springs as well? Or if I can just upgrade the shocks/struts? Also, any recommendations for other performance shocks to consider?
