I added this cute guy in my English class on Facebook and we chatted for like 10 minutes until he said he had to go to bed. So it went well but I don't know if he's even semi-interested. What do I say to him Monday? I REALLY want this to go somewhere.

90 minutes is a good time. I do that 6 days a week with one rest day where I just walk 5 laps or do yoga. 1000 is gonna be hard to follow, maybe 1200 is more doable. But I definetely say about 6 times a week to exercise because it's been working :D
