i'm running around right now, and i have this new phone. everybody's instructions seem real simple, but it never works. i have the music on my phone, but it won't play. what is wrong?

It's a '99. I've already gone through a small box of fuses. None of them last 5 seconds.

i don't see the software to connect my mom's bluetooth earbud with her netbook installed on her netbook. is there a bluetooth network adapter that i need to download? the ones from the hp site don't seem to be working.
