i'm running around right now, and i have this new phone. everybody's instructions seem real simple, but it never works. i have the music on my phone, but it won't play. what is wrong?

It's a '99. I've already gone through a small box of fuses. None of them last 5 seconds.

i checked the pressure with an air gauge, and the pressure was super high, at about 110 psi, before i tried adding a little r134a refrigerant that we had just bought, just in case i was getting a bad reading. i was told optimal pressure is 35psi, and i didn't want to make matters worse by...
