Okay, let's see if I can explain this. On our website, we broadcast on Justin.tv alot. And we've embedded the player on our site. So what we would like to do is have a button on the site that when clicked, will SWITCH an image file with another one so the "We're Live!" image will appear...

Maybe XP, probably Windows 98. Try installing the game (if you can,) and then find the appropriate .exe file in the install directory, and right click it and change it's "compatability mode" to be XP or 98.
