someone invented or was watching a game on a computer. in the game you would stalk, then kill someone. if you could do this without the police finding out you won the game. then the game became real. what you saw on the game really was a murder, etc. that's the best i can explain it. :/

omg no!!! people will always buy alcohol no matter what the price. raising the prices too much could even lead to more shoplifting. not to mention shops, pubs and clubs will lose money cause people wont be able to afford to buy drinks. i've never caused trouble while drunk, why should inicent...
